Marcus Edwards
The Edwards Team Leader
As a Parkland Golf and Country Club resident and with over 10 years of Real Estate experience, Marcus provides in depth knowledge and personalized service. He is a professional that you can trust to do things right, from the very first step. Specializing in the sale of foreclosures, luxury home sales and working with home buyers, he runs a successful team by selling thousands of homes since 2001. Currently, he lists and sell luxury homes and foreclosures in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. In 2011, he and his team sold over 233 homes and were ranked in The Wall Street Journal Real Trends as one of the Top 250 Real Estate Sales Professionals nationwide. He and his team are committed to providing quality service at the  highest level to his clients. 
 
Yakell Edwards
Client Liaison
Yakell is Marcus' personal assistant and also a resident of Parkland Golf and Country Club. She assists all potential buyers and sellers in maximizing their Real Estate opportunities. Yakell is extremely organized and provides an in depth knowledge in Real Estate. Yakell acts as a client liason for all transactions.

 

 
Christine Peake
Offers Coordinator
Christine is responsible for all real estste transactions from listing to contract. She presents all offers to the seller, verifies buyers' funds and all aspects prior to a pending contract.
 
 
Michelle Mantell
Closing Coordinator
Michelle handles all real estate transactions from contract to closing. With over 10 years of experience she usually brings all sales to close within 30 days.
 
 
Amanda Chappell
Property Management/Accounting Department
Amanda, tracks and submits invoices according to each vendor's guidelines. She handles Marcus's day to day accounting including payroll, accounts payables and receivables. 

 

Debbie Bessler
Home Values Coordinator
Debbie has over 15 years of experience in real estate. She learned all aspects of real estate working in a family owned brokerage prior to joining The Edwards Team. She currently coordinates all phases of the real estate Competitive Market Analysis/Property Value process under the direction of Marcus Edwards.
 
 
Guy Blanchett and Lorette Harkrader
Property Inspectors
Guy Blanchett (A Licensed Home Inspector) and Lorette Harkrader (A Licensed Appraiser). They also conduct property inspections to insure utilities are on, properties are secure, pools are blue, lawn is maintained and there are no hazards nor any other immediate attention needed.
